1-The fibers/strands passing through the skin constantly opens your pores causing the next stage of the problem.
2-Open sores are your worst enemy. Knowing enemy #1 & #2 with Morgellons.
3-Minimizing or stopping the strands from passing through the skin.
4-Stay vigilant.
My skin reminds me Morgellons sores are just around the corner. I scrub to exfoilate the skin. Do I have almost healthy skin cells on the surface. I fight like 'H" to minimize outbreaks.
Really the harder you fight Morgellons, the parasite is deep in the recesses of your body, it does fight back, too.
The lesion sores are a serious and the most painful blow to anyone's body; like a tumor on my brain. My legs (the RLS) side of Morgellons had my legs hurting a good bit today. Both RLS and Morgellons, is a parasite disease that is running thru all the veins of your body and reeks havoc from your digestive system outwards.
I am a vegan and have watched my diet and side affects after meals. I ask myself the question, how does anyone eat meat, chicken or fish having Morgellons. I go thru "h" with Morgellons and brain swelling, if my food is not vegan light.
Big frustration, I cannot eat much. Pain and a tasty meal go hand in hand.
Take Care,
Anita

Another problem is my skin has a new strange pattern or a damage tapestry pattern. I came from a family of baby fine hair on the head that is difficult to grow, but the Thompson skin of my grandparents was absolutely beautiful. As a teenager, I would brag about my mother to her, my friends, and others that my mother was attractive, she looked liked my sister. When my mother and I went out in public together, before we left out I would say, "Mom, do not tell anyone you are my mother because you look like my sister." She would smile.
11/2007 Upon arriving home to Wisconsin and seeing my youngest brother, who had beautiful skin and pretty hazel eyes, I was distressed IMMEDIATELY.
His skin's appearance had changed. His skin had a damage (1) strange tapestry. I blew my cool and cussed like a sailor, when nobody was around me. A treasured heritage of beautiful skin given by our grandparents was under attack. My brother did not have Morgellons, but something was visibly wrong. He had been placed into a psychiatric hospital for waking up one night and leaving out his apartment with only his underwear on and trying to move furniture out into the street. He did not know where he was. My brother may have been DRUGGED like so many targeted individuals are complaining of drugging in his or her homes or in their apartments (drugged or poisoned). My brother had been poisoned with something that changed his skin's appearance.
TESTING FOR MORGELLONS:
When I saw my mother return from a nursing home, her skin was damaged too. A strange (2) tapestry pattern was visibly seen in her skin. I lost it again, alone by myself cussing like a sailor. Her beautiful had that funky damaged tapestry look. She did not have Morgellons. I had to test my mother's skin, so I gave my mother back rubs with baby oil. She thought I was being a TERRIFIC daughter. I had to test her skin with baby oil and message my mother's back for 45 minutes. I had to know if Morgellons' strands or fibers would pop up. No fibers, no strands, and only a sand-grainy small particles appeared that I could feel with my hands.
My mother always had a daughter that would message her feet, apply make-up to my mother's face, and I would try to comb her hair decently if she sat down long enough to let me comb her hair. I knew my mother up close and personal like a daughter should.
