It's makes you think. I almost understand exactly what a persons going threw. Frustrated, Upset, Sad...Why Me.. Cause you hear so many stories and symptoms that are so alike. You tend to wonder what exactly it is that your feeling... Every little itch could

If so many people see basically the same thing then what is it. We can't all be imaging the same thing. I live alone therefore I can spend what money I have the way I like. I imagine it would be awful if your signifigent other did not have the itch (megellons) problem and you did. I have had this problem for forty two yrs. now and I have discovered things that have given me comfort. I have a water bed, this prevents the mites gathering in a mattris and I use sleeping bags for covers, that have nylon outer and inner lining, it seems that the mites like cotton or material that is porous. I use a lot of eucalyptus oil, I use a three ounce bottle of eucalyptus oil and a gal. of water that i use as a spray. I spray my clothes a lot before waring and before washing. Bissell puts out rug shampoo in a green container with a multi-allergen in it that I use for shampooing my chesterfield or a water and shampoo on a cloth to dust furniture, very very helpful. The mollegens problem i think is one of an allergy problem. I buy pillows that are allergy efficient. Also Ombra puts out a eucalyptus soap, body wash that you can also wash your hair with and shower. Lots of vacuuming is a must. I find that spring , this time of the year is the most prolific that the mites exist. It seems to be seasonal. For laundry soap I use Sunlight for skin sensitive people, it is in a white container. I wear my clothing only once and launder them. For sleeping wear I use a tea shirt and mans pare of shorts, I put a tea shirt over my pillow each night and put them in the laundry each morning. I have lots of laundry to wash but these rituals give me a minimal amount of comfort. If I am infected a lot I notice a lot of webs around, it feels like spider webs, I don't see any thing though. This is Ruthie Phillips, and I hope I have been of some help. God bless you
