I was infected by a 2yr old girl in my home prek in May 2005 after her family returned from a vacation in northern california. She presented as scabies and I ordered her parents to remove her until she returned with a dr's note approving her to do so. Of course he prescribed quell she was out for 1 day . The mother in gross denial wanted me to believe her little girl was scratching her own back these were track marks NOT scratches (and between her shoulder blades ) ok lady. 3 weeks later the 8yr old brother and I were infected. For us it all began with serious head itching , I noticed every time she'd itch her head a small black dot would fall on her face and the next day she'd have a small sore where that black dot had landed. That's when I knew this was not scabies.

Well quell was useless, other than to damage my liver some. I had hair 3 inches past my shoulders. Childs mom kept denying her kids had anything at all, but daughters hair was soon cut REAL short and what do you know son got buzzed, (but they were well you know. )As I continued to break out sores here and there I reached out to the parents for advice from what their physicians may have been telling them , but of course they must have been scared and refused to admit there was a problem at all, meanwhile threatening their children especially their son never to itch in front of me or anyone and not to talk about it either. Hot summer and always in long pants and I knew why.

I quickly discovered that the source of my sores were dropping from my hair as well. These black dots were all over the sink whenever I combed my blonde hair and my sores were initially confined to my upper body wherever the dots landed from falling from my hair. My back,arms and shoulders. Didn't want to cut my hair off convinced I could beat this . 4 tubes of poison and no relief .emergency room docs, derm docs and fam pract. now all thinking I need a psyche consult. But to my family docs credit he did take the vial of long black fibers i had collected and showed them to me under a microscope ,staing they were nothing but fabric or carpet fibers. I well knew better and the serious frustration as you all know set in. My wounds would open and form deep with thickened side walls  where the skin would roll on the sides so the wounds couldn't heal over or close. I knew I was dealing w/something serious and unknown. I began covering all my furniture with plastic and my car seats as well. Here's where it got real interesting, wherever the infected child would sit there would be hundreds of black dots on the plastic. That's when i began collecting, I even turned them over to my best friends son a new physician who sincerely tried to help by having them lab tested. with no helpful results in sight. I used bleach everyday to clean dishes and toys and soon discovered my hands were pretty much wound free. i began taking bleach baths , the crawling sensation would land me in Marcy for sure. When one day I noticed before my hands hit the water they looked clean but after they came out they were covered in black dots. The bleach water was extracting and killing whatever this was. I also began to use coloidal silver two tblsp a day. Then I cut my hair just below my ears. I quickly noticed the sores slowing down some as I had anticipated with shorter hair. Within 6 months of directly bleaching my wounds( not for the faint of heart it stung like hell) and taking bleach baths a tub of water to a gallon of bleach, head included, also 3days  before I woke up one day  morgellons free litterally, i wore hartz flea and tick liquid for the largest lb dog i could find, being 130 myself,in my hair like a gel without rinsing . This combo I believed and Prayer ,Prayer and more prayer saved my life. I was literally morgellons free on November 14th 2006 .16 months of hell. God bless you all you are not crazy !!!!!!
