bleach all your white laundry with hot water and then use flea and tick shampoo for all your colors and non bleachables it really does get them out of your cloths and sheets.spray your car vents with bleach and cover your furniture and car seats in wipeable heavy plastic or vinyl,( I witnessed myself holes in baggies where I kept a collection of black dots and fibers.) I bought huge rolls of plastic drop cloth sheeting at local hardware store and heavy vinyl fabric to cover the seats in my car. If my cloths weren't free from infest or my furniture I would get new wounds on my feet ,legs etc. carpets need to be carpet sprinkled with flea and tick kill. It does help.
