I wonder why the print is so tiny?

Anyway I was going to say small miracle but no miracles are small.

Having breakfast in the local health food store..a fly flew up..and didn't make a be-line for me..but for the left over toast. Yay.

This is VERY good. The last year it would have been me.

And I made it to the accountants telling my sad tale of the last year..devastation of material possesions.

I also learned how to caulk.

Even got a new (second hand) bed..although I don't know if it's premature or not..a little Ikea thing... I'm not sure if 2 vinly covers and duct tape will even do it.

and I'm going to learn how to verethane. Guys in these paint stores are very helpful..bless them.

And since the "Sun" paper was on sale for half price.. i can now see a picture of a papa bear cannabilizing a cub...so sad..we must do something to help the poor creatures.

I was trying to just use the net..but it ( the news) is morphed into 1-2 sentence bites.

Lots of people are happy on the street because of the Olympics.

Due to Lehman Brothers failing our( our Olympic Village was financed through them) city will be paying for this for 20 years. Montreal had to do the same but that was because of corruption..a la New Orleans style..our version. It was a very real tragedy what happened in New Orleans..don't get me wrong..but the response..well it pales beside the response to Haiti'. That's not to discredit the many people who did help.

They had a mold problem too..which is why many places were abandoned..plus they put back the same kind of levi???

Let's rejoice in the little things while not forgetting the big picture.
