This is the second time I got these parasites. Had it back in March for overf 2 months, was okay for almost 8 weeks, til my 21 yr old son put a blanket on the garage floor to be washed that has been in his closet for months since my first episode. Anyway, I put it in the washer and by time I got in the house, my arm was itching and I had a bite, I tried to tell myself it was a spider bite for about a week, and telling myself no way it can't possibly be it again, I was dead wrong, started getting bites and itching all over again, back to doctors hospitals etc, ( no insurance is a big killer) about a month ago after a few weeks of this nightmare, For some reason when I was itching I picked up a lint roller and rolled that area, and decided to look in the magnifying glass, ( been doing all day long since) and OMG, MANY BLACK SPECKS, BLACK THREAD LIKE THINGS, ALL DIFFERENT SHAPES SIZES, SOME LIKE THICK FLAT WORMS) I"ve taken samples to drs, hospital etc, same ole same ole, they don't know nothing. Had three perithrim treatments nothing happened with that. I finally made a appointment with a dermatolgist, even though my first experience with one in march wasn't a good one, pretty much had to beg her for a skin graph, after she made me feel like I was nuts, I found a different one close by In Burbank, California where I live. They were wonderful, they scrapped my skin on my leg, stomach, arm. I have bites everywhere you can think of. this is worse than the first time. They made me feel comfortable, and they were understanding and caring, I also brought in samples and gave it to them, They treated me for mites and parasites. perithrim again, even though I told them I did 3 times already didn't do anything, and 5 pills to take that day, and 5 more 7 days later. It did ease up for a bit, but the 3rd day was hell the 72 hr period, it was a nightmare, itched so bad it hurt, and than when I rolled my self especially my back at least 50 or more sheets of a lint roller on just my back every hour there was tons of different things and shapes coming out of my skin,after that hard bad day, the days after I was still rolling black specks and others off me hourly but, wasn't as bad as before, Then another dose of Ivertmen, the 3 rd day was a bad one again, I think worse than the first, ( this was yesterday ) After my bath and scrubbing last night, and air dried I rolled as usual and hardly nothing. This morning another bath and scrub, and again less than 10, hopefully dead ones. Tonight same thing, but my head and feet keep itching. MY granddaughter of 7 hrs old has it now,who I have gaurdianship over, and they won't give her the pills, now last night my boyfriend of 8 yrs, that live with us started getting bites the last 2 days, this is just great, I know I still have it and have more hell infront of me, now I have to take care of my loved ones also. I need to ask for another dose for me ( I heard 3 doses, I hope, or more , seems to be helping) and need to take my boyfriend to the same dermatolagist and get him some of the same medication and find a dr who will give it to my grand daughter. Goes by weight I think. Anyone out there that knows about this medication and can help me with the answers please?
