I thought it would be good to acknowledge the good things..like having a holiday just for people to celebrate caring about each other.

That's pretty awesome when you think about it.

Let's not dwell on cynicism or the fact that the flower stores do well at this time of year. Capers((local health food grocery store) had a chocolate fest and gave the money to help charity. Various vendors donated things. They are selling hot dogs (under a tent in the parking lot) to help outfit some of the kids teams who can't afford uniforms. Cool eh?

And lovers were cuddled down at Sunset beach beach as well as teams singing oh Canada after the awards ceremonies tonight.

Re Morgellons

I discovered washing the ceilings helps..well spraying them and running the swiffer mop over it if that counts as washing.."my neck" thinks it's washing. Who knew..you can't see some of this stuff...you have to go by feel..my friend said ..pretend you are a merecat..use your senses.

I'm spraying inside my shoes with microban now..feels better. And I'm looking at the bottom of them too and giving them a spray ...or a cleaning with a little dish soap and brush and water..that did make a mess..now I know why they have "mud" rooms in older houses.

I could never live in a house with old wood...although I love to look at them.

I freeze my down jacket...and that seems to help.

Friends

One friend sent an electric flower valentines card..warmed my heart.

I had a nice dinner..and the serving staff were extra loving..groups were cheering the Olympics..all out on Valentines night.

There is so much hard stuff if figure we should enjoy every good holiday..even if you have a fight..express it , then let go and enjoy the lighter energy.

Mixed Bag

What a beautiful day.

Mysteriously my skin symptoms seem to have taken a turn for the worse.

I'm still grateful I can cook a lovely meal and enjoy a sweet pink sunset.

I would like to be out with people more..like the little church I used to go to..if I could figure out how to not give this to anyone.

A most happy thought..maybe this is clearing out of my body and I will get better..wish there was a way of knowing.

I'm grateful I live here,

Did you see the opening ceremonies re the Olypmics on the internet?

We don't all wear kilts play the fiddles and have tatoos and body piercings..but I was wondering if they would have McIsaac on..he is pretty "out there".

It was pretty long for sure..but all the youn people put their hearts into it and we all feel for the young man from Georgia who died in luge practice the day of the opening..all caught on video tape..heartbreaking for his team..and everyone really...they get pretty close..despite the fierce competition....it is mainly to be the best they can be.

That american snowboarder is pretty amazing, eh?
