Itch Relief Home Remedies
1) Boil some black tea and let it cool down, pour the tea water into a sprayer bottle and spray your skin as many time as needed.
2)Try Oatmeal Bath at least 2-3 times a week.
3) Epsom Salt Bath (1 cup to full tub of water) adding bath oil and exfoliate your skin while in the tub will also help. Do this 2-3 times a week..
4)Keep your skin hydrate by drinking plenty of water and putting a lot of moisturizer on through out the day will help your skin heal… Continue
