Read as much as you can - see what works into your budget, research before you buy, as we have all spent a FLAT FORTUNE on stuff that doesn't work. What works for one may not work for the other... my latest tac is to choose the cheapest stuff to try.
This stuff is scary as all get out, but I think we ALL agree that we positively HAVE to keep our cool. When we DON'T, this stuff seems to have the ability to go hog wild on us. So if you start freaking out - just log on, and talk with someone who will work thru it with you.
I am just so very happy to have learned that there are plenty of Morgies that have regained some semblance of a real life - and are even able to work! I think we'll always have to keep up certain regimines to keep this stuff in check, but at the end of the day, I believe we'll be okay. :)
Jesus said he left us "HIS PEACE" - that alone has been HUGE in keeping me from going out of my mind. After all... If HE is FOR US, who can triumph against us?
