Dear site

Dear site and those who visit,

Thank you for being here.  I'm having a rough time with herxing and a round of the steroid prednisone is of no help to me or that which is in me, for they are undoubtedly on steroids too.  They've got 'roid rage, are herxing or just plain having a party down there so I'm wakeless again.

I'm so thankful for this site and all whom I have and will come to know.  As a discussion topic, morgellons is, bottom line, digressive.  This site helps me to…

herxing sleepless tirade

I haven't seen Morjella, the magazine for morgellons suffers, mentioned on this site.  Ran into it this evening and think it's a great site.  They're looking for contributing writers too.  Just click into "Writers" for areas of knowledge and expertise they are seeking.  So many of you are fountains of useful information that needs to be shared.

Up all night with herxing, using this great site to channel the wakelessness.  This stuff does not just go away as one might expect, it…

Costly? Yes. Worth it? Yes

I received a comment re: the cost of a morgellon's care creation I highly recommended.  I would like to comment and share some of my response to the quandry-creating choice to try.  Questioning the cost is such a valid thing to do.

I completely understand the financial end of things as I have gone broke trying to stay alive.  Recommended products have brought me to my financial knees, as I'm sure is the case for most of us. (There are plenty of snake oils out there.)  I just…

I am assuming posts are screened for content.  I am writing to respectfully request to share some information about a newly launched website, bigislandskincare.com.  Content is an easy read.  The site was created by a nurse whose family became afflicted with morgellon's.  Gordon, the company owner, is one of the most sincere, decent and honest persons I have ever known and he is getting results with his creation.  Those of us who tested his creation are seeing amazing results and…

This is definitely contagious..from even touching the things of someone who has it.

Some people don't get it for some reason....but an awful lot do  if exposed and susceptible.(no defining characteristics distinguished yet... it's not just the immune system...healthy people get this too).

There are some theories that vulnerable people who  have  "M" may have a type of e-coli in their digestive systems that can switch with the GMO genes in our food and environment.   Some say it's the type of immune reaction certain people have that contributes to the problem being severe...over-active or under??  That may contribute but doesn't cause this.

It sure would be nice if some of that money  that is put into genetic designer GMO products ...would be earmarked for research into...lets call it "allergies"...a neutral word.

This would be similar to manufacturers paying for recycling etc.

Then we may find some answers.

They should contribute to what they may have caused and it doesn't have to be "proven" first...that is too late.  There is enough circumstantial evidence now...see children walking through GMO fields getting sick..in Mexico, in India

In any case "blame the victim" is not an option...completely and irrevocably unacceptable.

That doesn't mean dousing yourself with immune boosting things won't help...it surely will help for anything...or even if there wasn't anything wrong..like athletes do.

I think the buck has to stop somewhere and when these big companies..Monsanto, Bayer and others are forced to be responsible we will see some progress.

Remember before cans and bottles were recycled?

This is much bigger..but change can happen.

I'm mystified as to why the medical profession is not more alarmed..and who started this "delusional" diagnosis.  This now means my doctor who sees by lesions is also delusional.

on Cyanobacteria

Not in my scope of experiences. I don't like to suggest treatments or protocols that I haven't tried. However, it seems that potassium iodine may be helpful.

from Dr. Mark Sircus...

After we understand that iodine is an excellent antiviral, antibacterial, anti fungal, mold and yeast agent we begin to glimpse the catastrophic mistake made for substituting pharmaceutical antibiotics for iodine…
only iodine is capable of killing all classes of pathogens: gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, mycobacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and protozoa…
Every 17 minutes, every drop of blood in our body flushes through our thyroid, and if our thyroid has an adequate supply of iodine, blood-borne bacteria and viruses are killed off as the blood passes through the thyroid.
-Mark A. Sircus Ac. OMD

and

No virus, bacteria or parasite has been shown to be resistant to iodine therapy
-David Brownstein MD

Here is some info I've found concerning potassium iodine...

It deals with some delicate women's issues that, again, are not in my scope of experience so I can not recommend these treatments. Do ample online searches or consult with a doctor and weigh the info for yourself before deciding to try these treatments.
