I am releved and also in a state of wondering what to do next. I have been dealing with this for at least a year, but only really started getting bad about January. I had a staph infection when it was gone I still had weird things going on. I looked up everything I could think of and found nothing with my symptoms. I wen't to 4 different doctors and they found nothing and looked at me like I was crazy. My boyfirend and family thought I was imagining things. I was beginning to think no one was going to believe me. It wasn't until I had some of the goo I call it come off my scalp into my hair and matted it very bad that I finally got my family to believe me. It just so happens a friend of mine heard about this from a friend I looked it up at found that the symptoms I have were exactly as the fiber in hair folicols I have. It is on my skin in my hair folicls, resemble hair. I have little masses everywhere on my body that are grey then turn brown. These are sores that have this fiber it is black that I thought was hair. Now I need to find out how to get rid of this. I have lost my job, a relationship, my social life, all from this. PLEASE HELP!
