Rants and Raves

I am angry.  Most of us are.  I think that it is healthy to get things off one's chest once in a while and I am truly blessed and thankful for my longtime friends like Tanya, Sherry, and Wolfe. I am angry!!!  I am so tired of googling while being diplomatic in regards to symptoms because there is never a moment that our true consistent symptoms are filtered from the extreme.  I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I am also sick and tired of being sick and tired in a closet so as not to…See More

Trying to Find Inspiration...yet ended up with just me

I am always looking up famous quotes that are full of inspiration, but after going through everyone's blogs and comments, I figured it was appropriate to just say what I feel.

All of you are my dear friends.  We haven't met, we haven't spoken on the phone, but we have shared.  ALL of us have shared with each other the things that our own family and friends do not fully understand.  That takes courage.  I don't care if other people think that it's a computer and a lack of a face.  The…

Horton Hearing A Who

While watching a movie with my daughter this evening, I thought about my illness and had a reality moment that my fight has never been with Morgellons.  My fight and voice had and will continue to be with the rights and focus on the people that suffer.

I know that this sounds like the beginning of a political speech, but it's not.  When I have been to a physician with any other illness, I am not focused on the bacteria on the swab culture that is the culprit of my Strep…

Help Package for Our Fellow Sufferers

While going through my various medicine cabinets...which is almost like reading through a diary or memory book.....I noticed that I had a lot of leftover stuff that really works for the onset of this disease, but has not been a successful treatment for the day-to day after my body became immune or resilient.

My idea is this.....we all know how financially devistating this can be, especially at the onset as we desperately try every potion, solution, snake oil known to…

Moms Managing Children and Morgellons

When I became ill with Morgellons, I was (and still am) a single working mother with 3 children (2, 5, and 10).  Although I have a mother that helps with the kids from time-to-time, she was concerned and helpful at first in regards to my needs, but as I became more ill the fear set in with her.  I was accused of being on drugs and/or being totally crazy by her and my stepfather as I dropped a lot of weight and the sores were too fresh and plentiful to hide.  I tried to go to work and take…

Hello again Renee, Hope all is well. I have also been using the arm in hammer for months now. and bounce sheets for the dryer.  Sometimes I add borax or whatever I have to the wash also, oh, plus I always put scoop or two of oxi in my wash with the arm in hammer. I will have to try the crystals you were talking about.. So far the bleach, and the other stuff I used down the bath tub drain has worked well with the knats, but, will try other stuff daily to keep them away.

Tired of being broke, and not able to get everything I need.  I barely have enough for grapessed and de, and vitamins, and salt and acv, papertowels, etc etc. and, all the cleaning stuff we need to get for our daily basis.  This is truly a horrible way to live. But, gotta do, what we need to do, to keep us, strong, healthy (as much as we can) and get these out, and keep us stable with these symptoms.

Dear Renee:

I'm sorry to hear about the "shunning", exhaustion, being misunderstood, isolation, etc... I understand going from being a social butterfly" to not wanting to leave the house. I was a caregiver to a good friend's 4 kids for years. She was single too. Unfortunately her and I are no longer friends..nothing to do with M, but her eldest daugther is in her twenties now and, (she was in grade 5 when I started watching the kids) she and I are still very close. I'm not "religious" but I do believe we can send love, white light, good intent, whatever its called, and you are in my thoughts. Here's a kinda funny story: When my son Nick was in grade 4 (he's 19) I was active at his school, but at this perticular time, I was the "head", headlice checker. When we first came in the rooms the kids moaned, and weren't so happy to see us...understandably. However, when I went through a child's hair, I prayed to understanding, acceptance, & love for them. After about the third "round". They got sooo excited when I came into the room with my "toothpicks", and squealed, "Mrs. M!!! Do me first!! Do me first!!!. They felt whatever the good vibes where. I have to believe there is more good intent than mal intent on this blue "ball of wax" of ours or I'd go nuts.

Take Care; I look forward to getting to know you.

Rotho eye drops worked so well for my that I'm going to Walmart to get a couple extra bottles of it just in case they quit selling it. I get the blue package but I see they have green as well, what one do you use? I feel it's important to keep Rotho eye drops on the list of things that definately work! I had some eyedrops from my eye Dr. and they worked, but I ran out and I just didn't want to go back to him for him to say let's check your eyes again, then say, they are inflamed but I don't see anything...lol. Rotho works better than what he was giving me.

Renee,

I've used the Rotho eye drops for a couple nights now and my eyes are back to normal. After I put the Rotho in my eyes I then use Systane eye drops for natural tears. I thought I was really going blind but this stuff works great! Thanks sweetie.

Dang Renee,

The Rotho eyes drops you mentioned do sting. I used them last night and had to do a retake also to make sure they were eye drops, that hurt but did help after the stinging was over. It brought out all kinds of slimy gunk that was crawling around, I hope I don't have to keep using them but having them in the eyes is pretty freaky.

I'm glad you and the kids are well. See there are better days ahead it just takes time.

Thank you Renee...  It's not so much about this dark place that I find myself in mentally, but it's my beginning to just not care anymore that concerns me.  Do you know what I mean?   I used to hit the shower in the morning for ten or fifteen minutes, dry my hair, get dressed and go to my dream job.  Once there I didn't want to leave.. Some nights I wouldn't go home until the wife called me and made me come home for supper.  Now I spend two hours doing the same thing. And i don't even have to dry my hair anymore - I cut it all off... I usually don't make it out of the neighborhood before I have to turn around a go home for something I left behind.    I am always late and I can't make it past 3:00 - I am exhausted and have to go home and take a nap-  It is so frustrating.... I am tired of doing this...

Hi Renee

How are you doing?  I went to the store but, I guess I picked up the wrong arm and hammer.  I bought the regular oxi arm & hammer in a bottle.  I need to go back and look for the green clear bottle, I didn't see it at Ralphs.  Anyway, I have still be adding two kiwis and a banana in my whey protein shake in the morning and taking a garlic no odor one, haha, And it has been working wonderful bringing these little shits out.  After a hr to two I start itching bad, then I get into my oxi clean, sea salt, regular iodilized salt, and sometimes epson salt in it, and a huge long squirt on coconut body wash.  And, wholly molly, been getting over 60 or more out every bath.  I did it an xtra time tonight at 5 too, but, I am still itching after bath, so I think I will just continue to do it in the morning until they get immuned to that too.

Oh, I wanted to tell you, while I was at the store, I found this clay called.  INDIAN HEALING CLAY, heatlth and beauty aztec secret.  It is 100%  natural calcium bentonite. I was taking the bentonite detox with my fiber and de in the mornings ( taking a week off though) and they were really making the fibers coming out, plus traps them and you pooh them out.  The kiwi is making the specks come out. I wish one item would make them both come out.  Anyway, the clay is $7.00 I put it on my feet today to try it out after between bath and shower, It also helped get them out, I did my face too.  I might try bathing in this clay see how it works.  I will let you know how it goes.  Have you had any responses to kiwi or garlic while you have had morgellons?  I think it's the allicine that is pushing them out, it's a anti fungal, and anti bacteria.  If not, try it, let me know if it helps you, I am curious.
