Hello Sufferers,
It is my hopes that we can help each other deal with this dreadful disease and soon get the medical world to take us seriously. I contacted symtoms last summer IJune 2008). I was outside enjoying my yard work and cut a couple of branches from
my neighbors trees that were hanging in my yard. While pulling the limb down, a cloud of dust, debris, or whatever, landed on me. I shook myself off and didn't think anymore about it. I was so tired that I took a brief nap on the sofa. When I woke, my face was covered with sores that looked like instant acne. They took several weeks to heal. Ever since, I have been breaking out with unexplained sores that never heal or heal slowly. I believe the scabs are not scabs at all, but that the parasites reproduce their. I have had them in my ears, eyes, nose, and almost everywhere on my body. In the beginning I would get urinary tract infections and take the over the counter red pills. You wouldn't believe the debris that would be in my urine. I also have seen them in my stools. My finger nail and toe nails won't grow and are easy to get a nail fungus. My blood seems thick, and if I allow some to dry on a piece of paper you will see unknown particles and black specks. I have been to numerous Doctors. Including dermatologist and infectious disease Doctors. They patronize me and consider me to be dilusional. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue symdrome and they tell me it's the pain medicine that I am taking. I have 2 cats and feel as if they too are infected with the parasites. I have taken them to the vet, but she says that they don't have worms or parasites even though their fur is covered with white flakes. The last Dr. I visited, did an immune system test on my blood and the test came back ok except for the fact that my blood has high protein antibodies.
The Dr. didn't seem to be concerned, but info on the internet informed me that it is sign that I have been fighting an infection that my immune system has not been able to fight, so my body has been building up protein antibodies. According to the Mayo Clinic, that could mean a severe infection, blood cancer or bone cancer, but none of my Dr.'s seem concerned. I feel like I am dying a very slow, lonely death. Someone has to listen to us! Jeanne
