I have had that on my face as well. The side of my nose had something in it. I had to "dig it out for days, weeks I think. It took forever to heal. Then it came back and I had to do the same thing allover again. Now just a huge scar. I know how you must feel because I looked just like that. I tried to ignore it and not dig it out and the problem just gets worse. How are you now? What are you using to heal?
