Yes they are very dangerous..do not tough them..they can go right in you..in fact they have given me a shock coming right out of my skin when I first got "M".

Use a lint brush..even a paper towel or Kleenex won't work..they can go right through it and escape.  Fold the lint tape over it immediately..or flush it down the drain or toilet if that is handy.  Those"hairs" can appear and disappear.   Spray cleaner on the washer and see them appear.

 I dip them out of my bath with an insect net..so they don't swim back in me.

Someone said that's where the eggs come from.  Eggs come out of my skin all the time..right now.

I went to emergency yet again last night as my back locked up on me again. I was reaching for the gown and stopped dead in my tracks. There on the gown was one of these fibers! As I lay on the gurney I saw thousands of the fiber gnats flying around the room. We are not safe, none of us! I also believe people who actually have morgellons are being told they have MRSA. I SAW saw a man in the waiting room and saw that he definitely had morgellons, however, when I asked him he said it was MRSA. I then told him about our support network. Well folk's it seems the place we seek to get well could now in fact be infecting many.

YES HAIR IS A BIG PIECE OF THE PROBLEM! I have a blog with pictures and a digital microscope video of the hair on my head showing the infestation. When my husband and I used a torch on the wood floor upstairs we were shocked to see what popped out.  I was torching and my husband came upstairs and shined a light across the floor behind me telling me to look back...I had no idea how I could get my feet off the floor.  (Maybe this is why I have so many dreams of flying now?) The hairs do burn but I am not convinced that the hair is the problem but what is inside (Eggs & the creators)  and attached to it.

Denise, this is familiar to me too. Is it tapered on both ends? Could be a worm or possibly a fungi organism. I was recently reading about a fungi called "chlamydosporium" found in Morgs. patients and when I saw the pic, I recognized it right off! It looks like a very tiny brown hair but is tapered on both ends and looks relatively fat in the middle under magnification.  Reese

I would love to get feedback on this one, because I am so happy the picture came out so clear! I have also pulled this out of my skin, however, it was small and then I finally started putting two and two together and I realized that it was growing to this size elsewhere. I believe our bodies are growing these and other fibers. So let's see what happens when people view this photo.
