Hi Karen,

I should update my blogs with more recent information. I wish I had more time, as I have discovered many new things and documented them in my picture/video library. I just have so little time to make them public. As far as my cleansing routine: I alternate my cleansing program. These Morgellons may have the ability to alter their processes or detect something that keeps being used. Many applications could be rendered ineffective, with constant, repeated use. However, the recognition doesn't seem to last long. This stuff probably changes recognition with a new larvea or egg cycle. So, we can alternate and go back and forth...having it work a week or so later.  I have tried nearly everything and am sure of what works for me. I realize many have different chemistries and some of my formulas may need altering. What works best for me, externally, is essential lavender oil mixed with sea salt or epsom salts. I also use the borax, apple cider vinegar paste and it goes in my hair as well as the plain salt (no oil in the hair except for dry oils like tea tree oil, neem oil in moderation and just on the scalp). I have applied lavender oil to isolated itchy spots on my scalp only. Eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil can be alternated, but are not my first choice any longer. Also, for the skin, an occasion dose of echosmart insect killer or something to really shake them up. I find kleen free can also do the trick on occasion and peroxide can release them from the skin as well. I soak my feet with peroxide, but don't use it too often or don't leave it on these things. I think it releases them, but also heard it can make them grow. There may be something in it for them. Alternate things like this and maybe dry mustard etc...keeping the skin very clean. I always end my wash with a salt and/or salt/lavender oil scrub. This will keep the sores from forming and spreading. Also, putting glycerin on the skin after a good cleanse is critical to protect the skin from further invasion. This process has been very successful for me, in keeping my skin from developing sores. Itching is at a minimum as well. I would rather prevent the sores than battle them when they break out. This is my formula and I can't stress enough how much it has saved my skin. I also would not live without my far infrared mat! This thing has played a key roll in my healing skin and body. I use it every day for at least one hour. Do the research and you will too. I just put it under me sheet and fall asleep on mine. I have not had a large sore in about 5 or 6 months and continue to lesson new outbreaks; with this protocall. I have none on my face and only large pimple like sores on a few other areas...they don't spread as they did. The glycerin can be purchased at Walmart. It will sometimes peal a bit, when it dries, but very minimal and you will probably not notice until you shower or bath again. You will be shocked at how soft your skin will become again! Your hair will be softer too and no cream rinse will be required. In fact, do not use it. It will hinder the "stay squeeky clean" process and with the salt cleansing your hair will be soft and with minimal oil treatment, it will stay cleaner and softer than ever. Now, as far as the internal cleansing; I formerly used an aggressive cleanse program, with many nutrients and suppliments. I think I listed it in a blog, but will indicate what I think it most important here. This extensive cleanse made me have quite an outbreak for a month. As soon as I finished the cleanse/breakout, I've been able to keep from having any further large outbreaks. Here are my internal cleansing tips. combined with the external cleanse listed above...1. Neem tablets, 2. Harataki, 3. Essential 4. Enzymes, 5. Black walnut green hull, 6. fresh ground cloves, 7. Wormwood (taken on and off for protection of the liver), 8. Lumbruski (if you can afford it), 9. Natures sunshin paw paw (if you can afford it.) Also, take a f
