Hi Sherry:
How many tablespoons of ground, organic nuts would you use in the drink? I could grind them in the Green Star juicer I bought online from Hallelujah Acres.

About how many cups of ground nuts do you eat in a week? I keep my nuts/butters from going rancid by keeping them in the fridge/freezer, too.
The drink sounds wonderful…lots of protein, vitamins, enzymes, etc. Blueberries are just coming to the end of their season up here in Northern Ontario, so the prices are pretty good.
I've been reading in your pages and other’s here on the site that salt is very good for many of M's symptoms. In fact, just a few days ago, I mixed a 1/4 tsp. of salt with 2 tsp. of baking soda in 1/4 cup of water then rinsed and gargled with it. The mixture obliterated the coating that’s covered my tongue for the last six months. Another triumph!! The drink sounds great, Sherry. I'll try it.

blueberries frozen by you from the farm..if you can swing it
ground nuts..chia, pumpkin,..is all I used last time..but sesame is very anti parasitic, and sunflower is nice too..any seed really..hemp... almonds are good too..get organic if you can
I grind them up in a seed grinder $50 from London Drugs in Canada..a coffee grinder may work..not the same one you use for your coffee though...or a vitamix blender(dry) or facsimilie. I just do a little and mix them together..enough for a week..in a medium size bowl in the fridge..with a tight lid.
A good summer drink..
a big spoon of yogurt mixed in water..with 1/2 to 1 tsp salt..mix with a fork..honestly it's great in the summer
