I can relate to your situation well. I too have this disease bad since late 2006 and it is indeed an uphill battle. Medicines like antiobiotics help me to function and I have also done sporadic doses of ivermectin. In the beginning I was on three IV's a day. It has taken me a long time to see improvement. I have tried many things in addition. There are many things which help bring relief although there is no one size fits all for everyone regarding what works best for them.
I used to have to do treatment baths as my skin symptoms were so severe and I also had trouble with insects for a time yes I shed them in the baths.
Here are a few suggestions for treatment baths:
Peroxide Salt & Baking Soda Bath
Put these into a full tub:
3 bottles of 16 oz. 3% peroxide
3 canisters of table salt OR one carton of epsom salt (as long as no salt or iodine allergy)
1 small box of baking soda
Salt and vinegar bath
Put these into a FULL bathtub at desired temperature:
3 bottles of vinegar
3 cansiters of table salt or epsom salt
Palmolive Oxy Plus Dish Soap Bath
Run a bubble bath with palmolive oxy plus Dish Soap (the blue or green bottle of the hand washing dish soap) and you can clean the body wit this soap as well and wash the scalp. It is also good to shower with. I also body shave with a Mach III razor which seems to help in my case.
I take care to wash behind ears to open eyes in water and snort the water to clear my sinuses which is weird but the disease is gross NOT us.
Selsum Blue medicated shampoo can be used to shower with for the scalp and body and if desired mixed with epsom salt for an invigorating scrub.
Dr Miracles 2-in-1 Tingling Shampoo I also sometimes use for shampoo and a body wash.
Fels Naptha Soap is also sometimes good too (it cuts the slimy film on our skins which makes the fibers and specks stick to us).
Natural oils such as eucalyptus , peppermint, or lavendar a few drops in a handful of your favorite shampoo or bodywash. Be careful to not get it into your eyes.
Ecovie topical cleanse bath:
3 tablesppons Ecovie in a warm bath
Tips for drying the body: Microfiber towels are good and if you cannot use your towels I used to use a hair dryer to keep myself from getting chilled and to dry off with.
Ecovie Topical Cleanse I used to also use as a body spray 1/5 ecovie to a spray bottle (like a cheap plant mister bottle is fine) to the rest filled with warm water to activate. Spray skin as needed for biting and stinging and safe to use in eyes ears just do not swallow it for topical use only.
I also Put Jean Nate into a plant mister bottle and spray my body and sheets for tieching before bed and this seems to help. (DON'T use for eyes it is bath splash!)
I used to be hardly able to think remember things or spell I take a lithium orotate supplement (it is a natural lithium salt) to help with cognitive function and memory.
I avoid overly processed food which have no nutrition, cows milk with hormones (I use goats milk) junk carbs and sugary goods and food with artificial colors particularily red dye it makes me sick for some reason. I do not drink sodas but I do drink teas and LOTS of water.
I wash my clothes and laundry in borax and 1/4 cup ammonia (DO NOT mix with bleach!)
These things have helped me. I hope no one minds me sharing. Please let me know if this helps anyone.

Dear Mery saeya, Which ones are you taking? Sincerely, Sherry
Dear mery saeya, Luck you that you can see Dr Staninger. sounds like you are doing what you can. This thing can be quite for a while and flare up again. requires a lot of patience. when it's really bad I want to throw myself out the window(I wouldn't though...just a figure of speach)
We all have to be united in cariing for and helping each other..with God's help..so that we can survive and help those to follow.
Most Sincerely, Sherry
