Compassionate Networking for Morgellons Syndrome and Skin Parasite Sufferers
I have just come off a 17 day water fast. That was quite an experience. I had to be monitored by a doctor as my stats went down-- sugars 2.9 which should read at least 7.00 and the electrolytes were dangerously low, along with chloride and salt. Then to get back to solid food I had to eat broths and very bland soups and then pablum. But is was worth it. Whatever little bits of the itch that would come on finally all disappeared as my body began cleaning out during the fast.

If I start going back to old habits of taking in more than the 9 or so carbs within each given hour I may begin to have problems. I have already but just promised myself to keep on keeping on with the healthy intake.

I do not know for sure how to stop the stuff from coming in. I may change my email number. Anyway, I just noticed your message so am responding now. I have felt just wonderful and very strong after the water fast for 18 days but had a very hard time getting back to normal eating. I kept getting onto some foods too quickly and my body reacting. I called Capital Health and was told to start eating like a baby with baby food like pablum and gradually add on.
