Dear Margaret,

I did see that Caroline Carter video..very well done..the audio was a bit sketchy though..I really had to listen hard..and couldn't get everything.

Liked the pictures.

I believe I have now heard contradictions for practically every "cure"!

Being and a lovely island would be healing in and of itself.

The pictures of the boreal forest tonight were so very calming..ah..although they packed all their food in..the water was good there..and portaged..a lot..(the artist who gave the talk was very fit..and very humble)..somehow serenity came through.

When asked to share her "letter" a an opening for the whole exhibit..she said no..it's personal.

When asked to go to the Alaskan one this summer she said no..busy...but any other one..sure.  That girl sure had her feet on the ground..the kind of consciousness I've seen in a zen master(I've only seen one)..that can transport you to a sereneness inside..that you can barely stay awake for...exquisite.

Next week the heart test..it's funny Margaret..something that ha you tied in knots..for example not being able to find something you  need when walking out the door...and a different moment..is just noticing things differently and it shows up..it's almost like pressure makes  you blind or something.

some say raw some say only steamed.

some say only veggies some say protein..leaner the better..and some say oil...consume it

That woman behind me..with Morgellon eyes...I know the difference between what allergies look like...and critters now.  It was apparent she had no idea what was happening..she couldn't talk to her friends about it.  Oh, dear..I couldn't talk to her..she was already so distressed.

Twice i wanted to run out of there..before and after the talk I put my lotion on for my skin to be calm..and not shedding hopefully..i kept my jacket on..pants tucked in my socks in my boots..encased like a little cocoon..the hat stayed on..bad hair day..lol.

Gosh it was nice to get out..and I resisted the urge to run away at the first opportunity..until i'd talked to the presenter and another person re joining the nature club.

All in all a very good day.

Oh,waiting on the tongue...re any surgery..they are "studying" studying a technology that has been used in BC for many years..I was afraid of this.  The BC clinic did warn me.

Time to hit the hay a they say

Oh ya I met someone who skiis up near  the Soo.

thought i just read in world news last week that france had either banned GGMO OR CHEM-TRAILS. DONT REMEMBER WHICH IT WAS. SORRY.(also sorry for caps) :>(blessings/karen

no is it s business as usual in France

and GMO has been allowed by the EU. France is under the EU

The EU decides pretty much for everything. However, in Germany

they kicked out BASF which produces GMO potatoes and else

BASF is setting up HQ in North Carolina now.
