Hello Members:

As some of you know, I am attempting to organise information so that it can be looked up quickly and easily.
Searching by topic is probably the easiest way to find information, however, with so many websites noted in member’s discussions and blogs I have to find a way to extract these websites and organise them just as easily as it will be to find them.  The only way for me to get this info is to go into each member’s pages.

In the "GROUPS" section, I will add two pages. Once under "topic" lookup page, and once under a member’s name. That way the members can easily find and update their own info (if they choose), and I will know where I am at.

I will contact the member whose info I am about to use, and ask their permission to do same.
I know that I may not always get an immediate response to my request, so with time in mind, once I have sent you a request letter, I will go start working with it. If you do not want me to use your website information, please contact me to let me.

P.S. “The Request to access information” note you will get from me will look like this: Hi “member’s name” I would like to use the websites in your discussions and blogs. Please either accept or decline my request. If I don’t hear from you, I will go ahead and use the information as it is accessible to all members.
